How will my ebooks be delivered?

Ebooks are delivered from BookFunnel by email automatically and immediately after checkout. If you haven't received your order in five minutes, check your Spam folder or, if you have Gmail, check your Promotions folder. If you have more than one email address, your purchase will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.

What if I'm unable to get my ebook onto my device?

Your ebook purchases from all authors are stored in your BookFunnel Library. Please Note: It's important to use the same email address for your BookFunnel Library that you use at checkout. You can access your library at https://my.bookfunnel.com.

How can I read my ebook?

You can read your ebook on the BookFunnel App, or you can download the ebook to your device. BookFunnel can help you with all of that. You can find the BookFunnel App at https://getbookfunnel.com.

Why should I purchase direct from authors?

The books you purchase direct from authors are the same exact books they sell on Amazon and other book retailers. Selling direct gives authors more control over their books and one main advantage is, they are able to offer sales, special promotions, and discount coupons to customers that are not available on book retailer sites.
