When you purchase goods from our site, the goods will be delivered through the following method:

• Digital goods (ebooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 3 minutes. If you have Gmail, the email might be in your Promotions folder.

As a reminder, digital goods can not be returned, and refunds for digital products are only for duplicate purchases made within 48 hours of first purchase.
